The room rate includes accommodation and daily room service.
General terms and conditions:
- Check in time: 13:00
- Check out time: 11:00am
- We accept payments in cash in US$, Quetzales and Traveler Checkes
- We also accept Credit card payments (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) through Pay Pal only. Please note that these payments methods will incur a 10% surcharge.
- Booking confirmation: To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation. In cases where this amounts to less than one night’s stay, we require that you pay at least that night’s accommodation. During our peak season –Easter, Xmas and the week of New Year’s – including weekends before and after – we need a 100% payment in advance.
- We allow a 24-hour grace period in between the email of availability and the confirmation of a deposit through Paypal or other payment methods in order to keep the room reserved. After this 24-hour period, we make the room available to other clients.
- Bookings made through other agents will be subject to their terms and conditions.
- Pets: Isla Verde welcomes pets as long as their owners take full responsibility for them and their interaction both with our other guests and our staff, and when guaranteeing that under no circumstance will they mean any extra work for our staff. Please note that they will not be allowed in our lobby, restaurant or rooms. The hotel also will not take responsibility for the interaction of the hotel’s pets with the guest’s. When bringing a pet with you, you are taking full responsibility for any damage caused by it.
- Bookings cancelled IN WRITING up to 2 weeks before estimated arrival date will be refunded by 50%, excluding any bank fees, pay pal processing cost and exchange costs derived the booking.
- No refunds will be given for bookings on any Holiday season – Easter, Xmas and New Years week, including weekends before and after.
- Partial cancellation of a booking will be treated the same as a full cancellation.
- Discounts will be granted to individuals and will under no circumstances be accumulative, in that a traveling party is not able to to utilize more than one discount for the same stay.
- In the instance that a discount is granted to a specific social group, this only applies to the specific guests who are members of this group, and not to their friends or family
- In the case of discounts granted to a specific social group – e.g. students, volunteers – verification of identity must be shown upon arrival.
- Some of our specials may be limited to a certain time period or room type. Isla Verde will not be held responsible for any mistaken information that might be found on the Internet or other type of publicity. To ensure an offer is current we recommend you check directly with us. We do not take responsibility for any misinterpretations made by the user of the information.
- Our offers and specials will only be applicable when booking directly with us, never in bookings done with agents or any other third party.
- For an offer to be applicable it must be mentioned on booking, once a check-in is finalized, the price agreed then will not be subject to change later during the stay.
Room rates include use of the rooms, but any vandalism or damage caused to the room by a guest, not due to normal use of the premises will be responsibility of the guest.
